• Server logs: Standard web server logs (page requests, timestamps, referring URLs) retained for up to 30 days for debugging purposes.

Vehicle data: All vehicle records displayed on VestiCar are sourced from Copart and IAAI auction records. This data is publicly available auction information. VestiCar does not collect personal information about vehicle sellers or buyers from auctions.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Send price alert emails when matching vehicles are sold (if you subscribed).
• Respond to support or removal requests sent via email.
• Improve site performance and content based on aggregate (non-personal) analytics.
• Comply with legal obligations.

• Vehicle auction records are retained indefinitely as historical data.
