Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using vesticar.com ("the Site") operated by VestiCar ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

VestiCar provides publicly available auction price data for Copart and IAAI vehicle auctions for informational and research purposes.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data without prior written permission.
• Reproduce, republish, or resell VestiCar content commercially without a license.
• Attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, security, or infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to submit forms or create accounts at scale.

2. Data Accuracy

Vehicle records on VestiCar are sourced from third-party auction APIs and are provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. Auction prices, damage descriptions, odometer readings, and other details reflect data provided by the auction source at the time of sale.

VestiCar is not affiliated with Copart, IAAI, or any auction company.Data is aggregated from publicly available auction records.

3. Affiliate Disclosure

VestiCar participates in affiliate programs with third-party services including Carfax, uShip, Insurify, and RockAuto. When you click links to these services and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our data presentation.

4. Vehicle Data Removal Requests (DMCA)

If you are the registered owner of a vehicle and believe a record should be removed or redacted from VestiCar, please contact us at removal@vesticar.com with:

• The VIN of the vehicle.
• Proof of ownership (registration or title document).
• The specific information you wish removed or redacted.

We will review requests within 7 business days. Approved requests result in removal or redaction of price, damage, and/or photo data. The VIN record may remain with redacted fields to maintain data integrity.

To expedite removal from Google's index after we process your request, you may also submit a URL removal request through Google Search Console.

5. Email Alerts

If you subscribe to email alerts, you agree to receive periodic emails from VestiCar when matching vehicles are sold at auction. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email or by contacting privacy@vesticar.com.

6. Intellectual Property

The VestiCar name, logo, site design, and original written content are owned by VestiCar. Vehicle photos are property of the respective auction companies and are displayed for identification and informational purposes under fair use principles.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. VESTICAR DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF AUCTION DATA AND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION ON THIS SITE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VESTICAR'S LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE IS LIMITED TO $100 USD.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where VestiCar operates.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "Effective" date above.
